About the Project
Brought to you by Cornwall Council project ‘Experience Newquay’ in collaboration with local project partners Visit Newquay and Love Newquay.
Experience is a two-year project (due to run until March 2025) from Cornwall Council and funded by the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Good Growth Programme. The project aims to encourage a resilient year-round visitor economy, put a spotlight on the low season and embrace Newquay’s unique identity. Designed to attract an even flow of local and national visitors who sustainably engage with the town throughout the year.

The project is part-funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. Cornwall Council has been chosen by Government as a Lead Authority for the fund and is responsible for monitoring the progress of projects funded through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
